Regular coaching sessions support the learners in developing study skills, social and emotional skills and a self-directed, confident mindset.

Beginning in grade one, and continuing througout their time at FSAS, learning partners meet regulary with their one of the learning coaches at their grade level to discuss their learning progress. ´

Coaching strengthens the relationship between learning coach and learning partner, provides the opportunity to work on the individual needs of the child, cultivates independence, and provides a safe space for goal setting and problem solving.
