More about the approach

Native speakers of both English and German work in the learning houses, so the children have daily contact with both languages. They grow up in a bilingual culture, not just in the lessons, but also in their interaction with one another as they learn to use both languages in their everyday lives. The school is open to children of all ages, from year 1 to Abitur.

If they achieve satisfactory performance at the end of primary year 6, they can enter the grammar school. The primary school consists of four learning houses, and the secondary school of two, with integrated learning studios. Each of these learning houses is divided into “learning families” or learning teams. Each student also has its own personal coach who is there for them in all phases of learning and life.
