Children take responsibility for their own learning, but this takes place in a structured environment. It takes three forms:

  • Lessons, or input sessions
  • Individual study in the “learning studio”
  • Regular one-to-one coaching sessions with learning coaches.

The input session is one of the forms of teaching at our school that encourage individual learning. After the input session, students go to their workstation in the learning studio for individual learning. They themselves decide which goals to work on in the learning studio periods and which materials to use.

The children’s personalities are additionally strengthened by regular coaching sessions. They are helped to take responsibility for their education and develop creativity and their own individual strengths. The learning studio structure and the individual coaching enable the students to work in an autonomous, goal-oriented way all the time. In this way they are encouraged individually, according to their talents.
